Pastors and Leaders
At The Vine the Senior Pastors believe that they have been called to prepare a new generation of young leaders to serve the Church in both humility and power. Many of our young leaders have come from within our own body and are being trained in-house. Some are being trained through established bible schools and ministries. We believe passionately in the concepts of both servant leadership and team leadership. To be a leader is to serve alongside. Many of our senior and very experienced people are very committed to the concept of mentoring this new generation to fulfil God's calling on their lives.

Eldership
The Elders and Directors maintain legal and spiritual oversight of the church through prayer and the leading of the Holy Spirit. The two Senior Pastors are also Elders of the church and have responsibility for the organisation and day-to-day running of the church. The various departments, ministries and pastoral groups of the church are organised and run by staff and 'lay' pastors appointed on the recommendation of the Senior Pastors. The church also has a very active administration and accounts office which is the engine room for all the various activities.
